Nazi Conspiracies

One of the reasons that the Nazi's had hatred towards the Jews where because they claimed that they had a conspiracy to take over the world. While not many people questioned this, we never think about if the Nazi's killing the Jews was one step for them to start taking over the world. Today, there are multiple articles online that show that the Nazi's may have had a plot in order to blow up the Hoover dam. A little bit after the start of the second world war, German agents stationed in Mexico were trying to plot blowing up the hoover dam to wake the aviation industry in Southern California. However this did not work and at the end no dam was blown up. This does however make me think how many other plots the Nazi's had and how it would have affected us if they happened. Today I do not think that we are in much of a threat because there is not as much tension as there was back then, but it does make me wonder if the Nazi's would have also tried to take over America during the second World War if we were not as powerful as we were back then. Since the USA is farther away from the rest of the countries that they invaded it could serve as an extra base on the other side of the world.
