OJ and the LAPD convicted? Why not?

I do believe that OJ Simpson is guilty of killing Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman. I say this because there was a pile of evidence indicating his guilt. There was a obvious motive which was "OJ was jealous, rejected" and had a documented history of beating Nicole. The Bruno Magli shoes at the crime scene could have easily proved his guilt. They were bought by Nicole, and they were one of OJ's shoes, also they costed $500 and they were super rare. Due to this there is only 200 possible people in the world who could have committed this crime. While OJ is as guilty as anyone, it may have been good for everyone besides the Brown family. Crime investigators have stepped up there game due to Barry Scheck obliderating Dennis Fung on the stand. Also, rogue cops like Mark Fuhrman have been fired or disgraced. The LAPD was horrible at this time and was basically a occupying force, out of touch with everyone outside of the affluent areas like Brentwood or Bel Air.
I do think that OJ does deserve to be punished but the LAPD also deserved it at this time. Best case scenario, the cops got fired and OJ went to prison for life.
